In contributing to the acceleration of service saturation and achievement of epidemic control in Imo state, CCCRN through a subaward from the CDC funded –CCFN 4 GATES project implemented community differentiated service delivery (DSD) approaches to deliver client centric drug refill services and laboratory services to PLHIV.

The project identified over 120 community case workers to decentralize care and simplify service delivery to PLHIV in a manner that de-escalate stigma and improved retention forclients. (2021 – 2022)
