CCCRN managed a subcontract from the Christian Health Association of Nigeria (CHAN), under the Comprehensive HIV and AIDs-Interfaith Solution (CHARIS) project, for the implementation of comprehensive HIV care and treatment services in service delivery facilities (SDFs) located in Plateau, Kano, Enugu, Ebonyi states. These facilities are a mix of tertiary, secondary and primary health facilities and include government, private and faith-based institutions. Through these facilities, CCCRN supported comprehensive care and treatment services to 20,000 HIV infected patients and their family members. Capacity of health care workers was built for quality HIV AIDS management, as well as donor fund management.
