Impacts | 96 Enumerators and 33 Cluster Supervisors were trained on inventory management for cold chain commodities and use of Open Data Kit (ODK) for data collection 1 Zonal cold store, 5 State cold stores, 95 Local Government cold stores and 926 Health facilities with immunization cold chain activities were assessed Using selected key indicators, the project provide insight into the performance of the supply chain in relation to contributing towards a supply chain dash board development that is aligned with the Global Agreed “Dashboard for Immunization Supply Chain (DISC)â€. The project provided evidence for forecasting requirements at National, Zonal, State, LGA and Facility disaggregated by programmatic areas for 2020. |
